HOW WE SHIP
We generally ship order by Canada Post. This allows us to ship to
every address in the country, whereas most other couriers cannot.
Canada Post services include Expedited Mail - 4 or 5 Business Days;
Express Post - 2 Business Days: Priority Courier - Next Day delivery
to all major centers within Canada. Shipping charges depend on the
weight and size of the package being sent and service chosen. Final
shipping charges are calculated after your order has been packaged
and weighed. There is an oversize charge for any package over 1.05
meters (41") in length which is $7.00 at this time. We cannot ship
to a P.O. Box Number or C.O.D. to Canada or the U.S.A. All orders
will be insured. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of
any shipment that is not insured, which is $.50 per hundred dollars
worth of order. No Taxes are applied to orders being shipped outside
of Canada. Some customs duties or taxes may be due upon delivery for
importation of goods into another country.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is back ordered we will phone or notify you by mail. If
we cannot ship an out of stock item within 30 days you have the option
to wait for the order or cancel it. We will not charge your credit
card until we ship your order. If you wish to Special Order an item
that is not shown or if you wish a catalogue on any of the companies
that we feature please let us know.
RETURNS EXCHANGES OR CREDITS
If less than delighted you may return your purchases in original condition
within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept partially built kits
or items that have been altered or damaged after receipt. Phone or
Fax for return authorization, There will be a 10% restocking charge.
Please pack items securely and include a copy of the packing slip
you received with your order. Send your package insured and prepaid.
If you receive a kit and there are parts missing you must approach
the manufacturer directly for replacement parts. Once the item has
been used, you must refer to the manufacturer's warranty and return
the product directly to them for repair or replacement. If you have
a problem with a product and are in doubt as to what to do, please
call us for assistance.
